Our approach to designing kitchens starts with the customer and aims to satisfy all aesthetic and functional needs around them. The process of tailor-making the furniture element is based on the principle of adapting the material to the person, not the other way around. Since it is mainly a functional element, we first analyze all the practical aspects that the kitchen must fulfill. Once this is done, we check the anthropological measurements of the end user, that is, the person who will be at the stove, and we adapt every aspect of the construction to that person. This step is realized in our virtual showroom through a 1:1 scale projection of the kitchen with all its elements. In this way, the customer can personally check the height of the countertop, the wall units, and every other structure so that there are never any surprises once the kitchen is installed at home. So off with the heels and under the monitor... we'll take care of the rest! A metric scale always allows you to have the right comparison with the real world while a 3D representation of the furniture is displayed on the monitor. Our Taylor Made kitchens are based on human measurements, so you no longer have to adapt to what you find in a traditional furniture store, but quite the opposite. Normally, large retailers, even high-end ones, offer partially customizable solutions by working on the height of the feet or by suspending the bases. Wall units can certainly be positioned at a variable height from the floor, although you then have to deal with the columns.
We, on the other hand, adapt every element by modifying its structural height, thus gaining storage space without increasing wasted volume under the bases. The same goes for the width of the modules: no more filler elements to compensate for non-standard measurements. For us, a "non-standard" is standard. All usable space can be exploited to the millimeter, like the centimeters of fabric on a tailored suit where there are no turn-ups or obvious compensations. The range of available doors currently consists of a series of 3157 (yes, you read that right) finishes ranging from the most classic laminates to the latest innovations on the global market, including stone, cement, clay, pewter, liquid metal, lacquered leather effect, cor-ten, and the most varied wood essences. We also make solid wood doors from our local area and solutions with customized sublimation prints or cold laser engravings with an impressive bas-relief effect. Even when it comes to structures, the possibilities are endless. No longer just laminate, but also wood essences and lacquers in an almost infinite combination.
